Abstract

Currenly manufacturing industry is very competitive. Manufacturing companies produce their products with purpose to obtaining a maximum profits. Providing quality products to their customers in compete prices but still contributes a significant profit for the company. In manufacturing company, profit is influenced by selling price and cost of production. Cost of production is  consist of  material cost, labour cost, overhead cost, marketing and administration cost. Inaccuracies in calculating cost of production can mistakes in determining of selling price. Cost of production will ascendant to desired profit that acquired of selling price. Manufacturing companies produce their products through mass production, it will collect their costs to use process cost method. By using process cost method will known how much cost of production used so that can calcutaled the selling price as base on to earn desired profit.  Keywords: cost of production, selling price, profit, process cost method

Abstract

The Purpose of this study is determine the relationship between locus of control and leadership styles with job satisfaction. This research was conducted at the State Personnel Board agencies Jakarta 2012, with population of 1500 and variable taken on random in of 150. The findings of the study are as follows :1).  There is a positive relationship with the locus of control, job satisfaction. 2).  There is a positive relationship with job satisfaction leadership style. 3).  There is a positive relationship of locus of control and job satisfaction leadership style.  Based on the above results can be presented several suggestions as follows : (1) to increase the job satisfaction of the need to increase knowledge about the locus of control and leadership style, (2) the employee needs to improve job satisfaction so that the performance of the employees in accordance with what if is expected. Keywords : Job Satisfaction, Locus of Control, Leadership Style

Abstract

This study aims to find out how much the application of progressive rates branched provincial revenue department service area of the city of Bandung II kawaluyaan , how much growth taxpayer branched motor vehicle services Dipenda province of the city of Bandung ii kawaluyaan , how much change in the application of progressive tax rates and the growth of mandatory branched motor vehicle tax services Dipenda province of Bandung city kawaluyaan II . The method used is descriptive analysis kuantitatif.Teknik approach to data collection is done through data obtained directly from the data source where the study was conducted branched provincial revenue department service area of the city of Bandung II kawaluyaan and literatur.Tekhnik Analysis of data from multiple data used is the using descriptive analytical techniques namely troubleshooting procedures studied by exposing the data obtained from interviews , literature , and observations , then analyzed and conclusions drawn . By using this technique the author will give an overview of the issues discussed with the facts and the data that is branched provincial revenue department service area of the city of Bandung II kawaluyaan . The results showed that the application of progressive rates on the growth of the motor vehicle tax payers to change at the time of application of progressive rates is by decreasing the growth of motor vehicle taxpayers are branched . Keywords: growth of taxpayers motor vehicles, progressive rates

Abstract

Foreign investment in Indonesia has been going on since Dutch colonial times to the present . Foreign investment will affect the joints - joints economy in our country , among others, the presence of foreign investors the sector - a sector of the economy in our country will grow. With the growing sectors - sectors of the economy in our country , it will bring the impact of liberalization on the national economy . This means that the sector - the economy will grow and flourish . The presence of foreign investors is expected to bring a change in the sector - the sector of the national economy such as funding , technology , and expertise . It is expected that the government can play an active role in utilizing foreign investment to facilitate access into the world of business in Indonesia but without marginalizing local entrepreneurs . Foreign capital inflows ( capital inflows ) play a role in closing the income gap caused by a deficit in the current account . In addition , the influx of foreign capital is also able to drive the economic activity slow due to lack of capital ( investment- saving gap ) for the implementation of economic development . This foreign capital than as a capital transfer can also make a positive contribution through the flow of industrialization and modernization . In the short term , foreign debt greatly assist the Indonesian government in an effort to close the budget deficit of income and expenditure, due to finance routine expenditure and development expenditure is quite large. Abstract

Accounting for a trading company is the subject of the course and Basic Accounting Practices (code 943). Its main activity is the trading company to buy goods (finished products) and sell it back to consumers. Operational trading company include: purchase, spending money, sales, and cash receipts. The subject of trade accounting firm presented at the meeting of the ninth to the fourteenth and ends with final exams (UAS). Presentation materials trading company accounting discussion, in five meetings, namely: (i) the general journal and special journals, (ii) a subsidiary ledger, general ledger and trial balance, (iii) adjusting entries, (iv) the work sheet, and (v ) the financial statements and the final stages of preparation of the financial statements.Semester GPA (IPS) is a combination of the 10%, 20% assignments, midterms (UTS) 30%, and final exams (UAS) 40%. In an effort to increase the value of UAS students 12.1G.25 Class AMIK BSI odd semester 2013/2014, researchers gave the task in the form of quiz and practice.Case study analysis quis value and value in the practice of increasing the value of the framework UAS relationship between X1 (value quis) and X2 (the value of practice) in increasing Y (value UAS), which is formulated Y '= a + b1X1 + b2X2. Descriptive analysis using the computer program SPSS for Windows version 17.0. The results found the regression equation Y = 20.894 + 0.054X1 + 0.227X2 Keywords: midterms, final exams, a cumulative grade point

Abstract

Bank is a financial institution that serves as a financial intermediary which means collecting funds from the public and distribute it back to the community in the form of loans. The purpose of this study was to determine whether there is a significant influence and how much influence the Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR) to Bank Profitability expressed by Return on Assets (ROA).The method used in this research is deskriptife with the survey approach. While to analyze the data, used a quantitative approach, namely the technique of correlation analysis and simple linear regression analysis as a tool for the calculation.From the research, the regression equation is Y = 0.083 +0.706 X. Keywords: Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR), Bank Profitability,Return on Asset (ROA)

Abstract

This research is intended to know the influence of quality tangibles, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy and sales person competence either partially or simultaneously to the consumers' satisfaction and to know the more dominant  at PT. RCTI. The theory used in this research is Marketing Management Theory related to the service quality. It uses descriptive quantitative and case study using survey. This is also explanatory. The technique of data collection is interview, distributing the questionnary to the sample for 42 respondents and documentation study. To test the hyphotesis, it uses multiple regression by using t-test and F-test and the variable which significantly has a dominant influence on the reliability. With the value of determination coefficient (R Square) 64,4%, it means that the independent variable may describe the dependent variable, while the remaining 35,6% is explained by the other independent variables which are not included in the this study model. Key words: Tangibles, Reliability, responsiveness, Assurance, Empathy salesperson competencce Satisfaction of consumer

Abstract

Entrepreneurship is an attempt by someone or a group of people to produce a product or a new and unique creativity by utilizing a variety of available resources as well as bold risk for his efforts. Whatever the form of the work done if not committed with a comprehensive plan that will lead to business growth are seen not as expected. Therefore, the author discusses the importance of entrepreneurial management in particular to increase productivity and turnover are owned, due to the increased productivity will boost turnover and the turnover increasing it will increase the amount of labor that would decrease the number of unemployed and will assist the government in providing jobs in ultimately will increase per capita income, which in turn some of the problems experienced by the State of Indonesia macro will be resolved. The method used in the study is secondary data which the authors take the example of a resource that has been successful in carrying out their entrepreneurial path from childhood up to produce a turnover of billions of dollars. Keywords: entrepreneurial management, productivity, turnover

Abstract

Life insurance can protect in case of unforeseen by man. Protection against the risk can be transferred to the insurance company. While our society in the insurance remains low. Given the lifestyle and consumerism still hit, it is a constraint development of the life insurance industry in the country. With increased income, plans to buy an insurance policy are generally not included in the scale of other needs, such as cars, TV-radio, and so on. The need for life insurance has not touched most of the people of Indonesia. The purpose and intent of the study was to determine the wishes and expectations of the people of Indonesia will life insurance services, and determine the level of awareness in Indonesia of the need for insurance. The method uses a descriptive research, and data collection methods derived from observation and literature. The low public awareness and ownership in the life insurance insurance policies in Indonesia far behind Singapore, every citizen has a policy 3-4. Insurance fund in the country, were above other needs. Whereas in our country, the problem is structural. Ability of communities to purchase a life insurance policy is still very weak and life insurance penetration is still far from harapan. Tingkat consumerism is still plagued society , also the lure of a fairly lucrative total prizes of banking products also add to the insurance needs of the community away. For the speculative spirit, put stock in the stock market has its appeal, soaring stock prices, will benefit. As for life insurance, relying only certainty " protection " and guarantee fund future or when undesirable events occur. Apparently the latter is what most people are less interested us, for various reasons above. In addition to the lack of public knowledge in the area of insurance, which indirectly contribute to determine the prospects for life insurance business. Keywords:  Life insurance, obsession and hope.
